If you kids can manage to pause for a moment the comparison of who's thingie is bigger, why do you even compare 1-on-1 battles? This only happens in torch battles and even there it is immaterial. Think of a hero's strength and usefulness in a team setting which is what most game modes are.
If you take a smart look at SK - yes, he is a tank at any level. So if tank is what LV needed, he's now got it. Any level of life drain crests on him is pretty good since it complements the revive-8 very well. As far as main talent goes, how is scatter-8 better than corrode-5 or revite-5 on SK? Good for all of you people who spent 21k fame on scatter but that's only more useful in Boss-5 and some HBM runs. In virtually all other gameplay, corrode-5 or revite-5 would have higher utility. An otherwise equally created team of 5 or 6 with corrode SK will always win over the team with the scatter SK. And that's minus 21k fame.
The logic of a hero's usefulness in a team setting applies to the Santa revite vs wg debate, as well, though to a lesser extent. Assuming Santa is now a fringe hero only used in limited game modes, you'd rather have him proc right away so he can damage and slow down the enemy so your heroes can bank on the opposition's weakened state and finish them off. For those players who rely on Santa as a main damage dealer - by all means, WG and BW are great talents and better than revite. But for players who have Mino, SK, DD, Nick, etc., revite-5 would bring more use than WG or BW.
