She is available by rolling with Gems , but not available on LHC/SLHC.
Her unique inner ability, Fast Energy Recovery, fills up 100% of the energy bar upon each swing. She also gains increased energy from being attacked.
Plume Blast has no range limitation. It triggers when available and randomly targets three units/buildings/heroes on the map. It affects ATK and MOV SPD.
The initial proc in each battle makes Harpy Queen very useful in Torch Battles, Arenas and Lost Battlefield. She also offers excellent support against strong bosses in Here be Daemon, Guild Boss, or Expert Dungeons. On top of this, she's quite effective at tanking/clearing waves of units in Here be Monsters.
