This is to anyone that has not figured it out yet. Please stop bringing your level 80 blue and green heroes into the pre game lobby you are neither wanted or needed and are only ruining the game for higher level people. Please just play the game more and get some stronger heroes stay out of team dungeons untill you are stronger. If your wondering why you enter a lobby and keep having it get reset and your wondering why? ITS BECAUSE OF YOU good people are leaving because your going to make them lose
With the might inflation that has gone on recently, the gullf between high- and low-might, as well as pay-to-play, p2p and free-to-play, f2p players has increased markedly. Nevertheless, every player deserves the opportunity to improve their position in all modes of the game--be it quests, trials, here-be-monsters (hbm,) expeditions, arena, raiding, mesa, achievements...
Stronger players are currently able to carry one or more growing players successfully through successive Mesa-1 (m1) and Mesa-2 (m2) co-op dungeon challenges.
No player is invincible in the arena, nor from getting raided 100% and I think it is important to remember that this is a game and it would probably behoove all of us to suggest to igg that they add a chat function to the Mesa pre-game lobby--that way the co-op dungeons could be better challenged "co-operatively."
I understand the point you make. But I think IGG needs to make some sort of recommended might level for each Mesa so that newer players know what they are getting into and we all don't waste our time in the process
At least all level 100 legendary heroes anything less and you need to have the rest of the team 120+ to carry you? unless you have a very important hero like PD. but really IGG needs to either add a chat function or a disclaimer for a recommended might level. Or at least let the group vote on kicking people out so these NOObs will get the point
not everyone has sheds loads of money to spend trying to get a PD. Mesa is a waste of time unless you have one.
If IGG wanna keep adding updates with new scenarios that can only be completed if you have a PD then they should give everyone one instead of ripping 90% of their players off. Better still allow it to be bought.
Just throwing this out there, you can have Storm Mesa 1 with 3 team members with their heroes around level 100 and one team member with heroes at level 120 including a Pumpkin Duke and still win. Also, not everyone in the random storm mesa lobbies instantly leave a crappy team, some do stay and believe they can duke it out and win. So, stop assuming that all higher level players leave lobbies if "crappy" players are on their team. Consider the fact that MOST people do not spend that much money on the game, and the higher level players who have played alot, have been playing since the beginning and spend very little money on this game. This isn't Call of Duty where all you need to do is push a trigger and you're instantly great at a game. Castle Clash will take time and patience if you want to be good at this game. If you don't want to spend money then don't, but if you don't then you can't blame others for doing so. Lastly, remember that this is a game and we are all trying to be the best and just enjoy it, so if you're so upset with this game, then quit, I guarantee Castle Clash and it's players won't miss you.
im 27800 might and i do storm mesa pacificly to help the lower level playersin the game get the experiance of the game for them to get rewards and to help the community. if you dont like playing with low leveled players then get ur might higher and play in storm mesa 2 or higher then u dont have to worrie about players having lvl 80 hero's
Good points all. The point about this being a game is well taken--you can certainly speed things along with $$, otherwise you need a copious amount of patience to progress in this game. That said, if you do team m1 pickups on Amazon server, you have probably encountered me (ign castlecrusher02) since i am able the solo m1, why not help out the community?
I want to know why some muppets still jump out of a random lineup that is guranteed to win (has nothing but 120+ Legendary heroes and 1 or 2 PDs) making it almost impossible to get started. I typically have to let my phone jump through reset after reset for about 5-10mins before a game starts (i have a strong 120+ all legendary hero lineup). At the very least they should limit participation to level 100 and up players. Oh, and it would be ever so useful if you let a player choose a default corner to start from.
I hope all the Mesa-4 participants read this. There are really only 3 things you need to cover in order to do M4 successfully. Please do not even try to join M4 fights if you:
1. Have a very weak lineup. Heroes below lvl140 will almost automatically cause the stronger players to leave. Nobody wants to waste mesa attempts. You may use those weak heroes to do M4 in your guild where players communicate beforehand but in public this is not applicable so move down to M3.
2. Have a very badly set lineup. Regardless of how strong your heroes are if I see a player with AC, Palladin, Champ and Ninja I would leave. You don't have to have PD and Cupid but have instead Immo, SZ, GR... I would even take Serpent Queen over the useless Pally or Champ. Also, don't be lazy and switch your LR heroes with your Mesa heroes. Furthermore, try to protect your important heroes. Don't tank with a hero without revive or life drain abilities. Don't spread your heroes too much so that half of them run amok and get themselves killed. And always have a healer (ork druid or pixie) unless you are certain your partner's healer will survive.
3. Just sit there and don't try to position yourself. I'm not sure whether people's phones freeze or what but just sitting there while the other 3 players position themselves is very annoying. There are really only 2 types of setup - 2 in the middle + 2 in the same corner or 1 at each corner. So have your team lineup suited accordingly.
Follow these simple 3 rules and you will display courtesy to the other players and be done with your mesas quickly and successfully.
It is frustrating to lose a mesa battle and miss out on a chest.
As others have mentioned it is just a game and everyone wants max rewards. Imo for each Mesa there should be a team minimum lvl to enter Mesa 1,2,3,4.
Say 5 heroes with a team score of 5400 or more to enter mesa4.
Needing a certain amount of might doesn't mean your going to be playing with strong teams.
I've seen it with a player with a 170 hero followed by 130's in the rest of their team.
Mesa4 needs at least 3 PD's preferably 4.
Not to incite resentment but just being honest if your at 5000 team score without a pd I'm probably gonna skip to the next round of players unless your in with a couple players in the 7000 plus range. 6 hrs for a round to reload , it's imperative to win each round. I'm not against dukin it out to help a weaker team to get ahead but not at the expense where we all lose.
darkmatter917, you are my hero. just kidding, but i got a good laugh when i read your post. it drives me up a friggin wall when i see a baby green or blue sittin in there. castle crusher does have a good point though in his 1st reply to this thread. on mesa-1 3 strong players can easily carry 1 weak player. its something i was doing all the time with some friends from work. but we knew that going into it, that was our intention, to carry the low guys through it to help them get some loot. it is very frustrating to be in a lobby with 3 solid players that could crush the boss only to see a level 40 marauder in there too, then boom you're in a new group!
